DS_-Cheburashka
DS-Cheburashka was named after a much-beloved cartoon character, known for being nice and kind. His huge ears look like the petals of this unique hybrid.
The large, Pinkish-Purple flowers (8 cm, 3.25’) have a very unique shape. Petals have curved edge all around the perimeter.
Rosette is medium, leaves are narrow. Therefore, we could leave up to 5 rosettes on the bush.
Like Streptocarpus Sylvia, the DS-Cheburashka has sterile pistils. However, unlike Sylvia, flowers of this hybrid do not easily fall off and stand for a long time.
The optimum pot size for a two-year-old plant is about 14 cm (5.5’) with a maximum size of 18cm (7’).
